These Referral Program Terms explain how the AmeChat referral program works and the conditions that apply when you invite friends. They are part of, and read together with, our Terms of Service — Section 7 (Credits) applies to every reward described here. Where the two differ, the Terms of Service prevail.

1. Who can take part

You need an AmeChat account in good standing. Accounts that are suspended or under review are not eligible while that lasts.
The friend you invite must be a new user who does not already have an AmeChat account and who signs up using your invite link.
Everyone taking part must meet the eligibility rules in our Terms of Service, including the minimum age of 18.

2. How it works

You share your personal invite link from inside AmeChat.
Your friend opens the link and creates a new account.
Once their account is verified, both of you can earn the rewards below.

A friend only counts as your referral if they arrive through your invite link and create their account in the same session. Rewards are credited to both sides automatically — you do not need to claim them.

3. The rewards

Rewards are paid in AmeChat AI credits and are granted to both you and your friend in two tiers.

3.1 Joining reward

When your invited friend verifies their new account, you and your friend each receive 500 credits.

This tier is capped: you can earn the joining reward for up to 10 invited friends every 30 days. Invites beyond that cap within the window do not earn the joining reward.

3.2 Subscription reward

When your invited friend subscribes to any paid plan for the first time, you and your friend each receive a further 1,000 credits.

There is no cap on the subscription reward — it is backed by a real payment.

3.3 Total

A friend who joins and then subscribes earns each of you 1,500 credits in total.

4. About the credits

Referral credits are a goodwill bonus. As set out in Section 7 of the Terms of Service, credits:

have no cash value, are not money or a payment instrument, and are non-transferable;
are spent on AI features and consumed alongside your other credits;
are not refundable except where the law requires.

5. Fair use and abuse

The referral program rewards genuine invitations to new people. You must not manipulate it. The following are prohibited:

creating multiple or fake accounts, or inviting yourself, to earn rewards;
using bots, scripts, or other automated means to generate sign-ups;
buying, selling, or trading invite links or rewards, or posting your link as spam;
misrepresenting AmeChat, or offering unauthorized incentives, to get people to sign up;
any other attempt to game the program or evade the cap.

Where rewards are obtained through abuse, we may reverse or revoke the credits — including credits already granted — and we may suspend or close the accounts involved and remove them from the program. We act proportionately and, for consumers, as required by law.

6. Changes to the program

The referral program is offered at our discretion. We may change the reward amounts, the cap, the qualifying conditions, or the program itself — or end it — at any time. Changes apply to rewards earned after the change takes effect; rewards you have already validly earned are not removed by a change to the program. Where a change materially disadvantages you as a consumer, we will give notice as required by law.
