Why we’re building this
Messaging is where life actually happens — plans, decisions, work, jokes at midnight. Yet the apps we message in have barely changed in a decade. Meanwhile, AI became genuinely brilliant — and got locked away in separate apps, where you talk to it alone.
That split never made sense to us. Your conversations shouldn’t have to leave the room to get smarter. So we’re building the messenger where any AI joins the chat like any other participant — summoned when you want it, silent when you don’t, remembering what matters to you.
It’s a simple idea with a long way to go, and we’re building it the stubborn way: every detail done properly, nothing shipped before it’s right.

The most human way to think, decide and create is to talk it through. Everything we build starts from the chat — not the other way around.

Not in a separate app you visit alone. In AmeChat, models are participants: they join groups, reply in threads, and build on each other’s ideas.

Who we are
AmeChat is made by a small, independent team of engineers and designers in Berlin — people who live in their chats all day and decided those chats deserved better. We use AmeChat to build AmeChat.
