The full messenger — messages, groups, channels, threads, voice messages and file sharing — plus a daily AI allowance that refills every day. Subscriptions add monthly credits, stronger models and higher limits on top.

Credits are the unit behind every AI action — replies, web search, documents, memory. Messaging people never costs credits, and neither does an action that fails. What an action costs is calculated from the request itself: how long the reply is, how much conversation and how many attachments the model had to read, whether it searched the web, and which model answered. Replies are cheapest while a conversation is actively going; starting a new chat, coming back after a break or switching models makes the model re-read more and costs more. The daily allowance resets to full at the start of each day and doesn’t accumulate. The monthly pool lasts until the end of your billing cycle. So there’s nothing to micro-manage — the daily refill is always there.

The messenger keeps working — nothing about your chats ever stops. The AI pauses until your daily allowance refills the next day, or immediately if you upgrade.

On any paid plan, yes — credit packs are one-time top-ups for subscribers who need more than their monthly pool. Pack credits never expire and are spent after your daily and monthly credits, so nothing you pay for is wasted. On Free, upgrading to a plan is the way to get more AI.

The upgrade applies instantly. You pay only the price difference for the rest of your current billing period, and you receive the credit difference for that same period right away, on top of what you already have — the exact amount is shown before you confirm. From the next billing cycle you pay the full new price and receive the full new pool.

Nothing is taken away immediately. Credits you already received stay spendable, and your current plan’s features remain active until the end of the period you paid for. After that you move to the new plan — or to Free if you canceled. Cancel anytime from Settings; no forms, no emails.

Exactly like monthly — you get your plan’s monthly credit pool at the start of each month, all year. Yearly only changes how you pay (once, at a discount), not how credits flow. Upgrading mid-year charges the difference for the remaining months and switches you to the bigger monthly pool from the next month.

Anytime — cancelling stops the auto-renewal and you keep everything until the end of the year you paid for. And if your plan has already auto-renewed, you can end the renewed year early with one month’s notice: we refund the months you haven’t used.

Free and Lite include the Standard models — Claude Sonnet 5, GPT-5.6 Terra and Gemini 3.6 Flash. Pro and Ultra add the Advanced ones, Claude Opus 5 and GPT-5.6 Sol, for harder questions and deeper work. You pick the model per chat with @mention, and the picker marks the ones above your plan.

The AI remembers facts about you across all your chats — preferences, projects, context — so you never re-explain yourself. Plans differ in how many facts it can keep and how many it recalls per reply. You’re in control: want it to remember something — just tell it; review or delete any fact at any time; or switch memory off entirely in settings.

No. Your personal memory is used only in your private AI chats — it is never shared with or visible to anyone else. Group chats have their own separate chat memory about that conversation, isolated from your personal one.

No. In a direct chat the AI joins only after both participants agree — one person proposes, the other confirms, and either can decline or turn it off later. In groups and channels it’s enabled by an admin, and the AI is always a visible participant — nothing happens silently.

Yes — mention an AI in any chat and it joins the conversation. The reply is charged to whoever summoned it, never to other members.

No. Your conversations are not used to train models — not by us, and not by the model providers we work with.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like — your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Yearly billing costs about 20% less than paying month to month.
